Housekeeping may occasionally use this space to run a few loads while cleaning the studio, but the room can be locked and has its own separate outdoor entrance. • To maintain the serene and quiet surroundings, please plan work meetings, social gatherings, and parties off-site. Kindly avoid cell phone conversations on the deck or front courtyard, and respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. • No personal or business mail should be delivered to the property. For Amazon orders, please use a nearby Amazon Locker for pick-up. • EV charging is not permitted on-site. Please use one of the many local EV charging stations. • There is a strict no-smoking policy both inside and outside, including the deck and front courtyard. Smoking is only permitted off-site or outside the gated entrance on the street. • We have a lovely gas BBQ on the deck. Please clean it after each use and cover it when finished. • Traveling with friends or family and need extra space? Ask us about the Nook Studio Apartment on-site. • Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
