Meet our Founders
Founded in 2014, Nonpareil Stays is a collaborative venture between cousins Deanna Zaccari and Lisa Giuntoli. With over a decade of expertise in property management and co-hosting, we welcome guests from around the world to experience our properties and join us as we continue to expand our distinguished collection of rentals in Los Angeles.

Deanna Zaccari

Co-Owner. A former Fashion Stylist and Sales Executive who spent over a decade at Giorgio Armani in Beverly Hills before launching her own Lifestyle agency in 2000. She began property hosting in 2010, building a coveted Plus Property known for year-round bookings. Deanna is an Airbnb Brand Ambassador, Super Host, and interior design enthusiast with projects in Maine and Los Angeles.

Lisa Giuntoli

Co-Owner. A former Marketing & Promotion Executive at major US Record labels in NYC and LA, leading campaigns for Lenny Kravitz, Janet Jackson, Tina Turner, The Rolling Stones, and Ben Harper at Virgin Records América. She co-founded California Living, a boutique for outdoor furnishings in LA, and has held roles from project management at an interior design firm to Director of Marketing at a global fashion brand.
