• All guests will be asked to complete their registration with an online check-in form and ID verification via the Guesty app. This is to ensure a safe stay for all guests and is required for property access.
•	Stay will require an additional signature on a simple rental agreement. See image in photos and a digital copy will be emailed for signature once you book.
• Guests have full access to a secure laundry area with a washer and dryer. Housekeeping may occasionally use this space to run a few loads while cleaning the studio, but the room can be locked and has its own separate outdoor entrance.
• To maintain the serene and quiet surroundings, please plan work meetings, social gatherings, and parties off-site. Kindly avoid cell phone conversations on the deck or front courtyard, and respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.
• No personal or business mail should be delivered to the property. For Amazon orders, please use a nearby Amazon Locker for pick-up.
• EV charging is not permitted on-site. Please use one of the many local EV charging stations.
• There is a strict no-smoking policy both inside and outside, including the deck and front courtyard. Smoking is only permitted off-site or outside the gated entrance on the street.
• We have a lovely gas BBQ on the deck. Please clean it after each use and cover it when finished.
• Traveling with friends or family and need extra space? Ask us about the Nook Studio Apartment on-site.
•	Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
