Beautiful 1914 family home located in quaint Larchmont Village. Our home sits on a block along with 10 other craftsman homes. Close 10-15min walk to the main boulevard, remains one of the last sweet neighborhood shopping and eatery streets in Los Angeles. Centrally located and just around the corner from Paramount & Rally Studios. Hollywood & famous attractions are about one mile away...The Walk of Stars, Chinese Mann Theater, The Dome movie theater and much more. Easy access to several freeways This 3500sq ft home has a lot of charm and has been meticulously maintained and updated for comfort. Fully equipped with everything you may need to make you feel at home. The second floor has two bedrooms, a baby room and bathroom w/shower. The first floor has one bedroom along with a den and original hidden full size pull out bed. The main bathroom has a clawfoot tub located on the first floor. There is full laundry room off of the kitchen. The driveway has a convenient circular drive for easy in and out. TV and high speed wireless internet throughout the house. Except the back tenant area and their private yard that is separated by a seven foot fence and says Private. There is always Uber or Lyft if you do not have a car. The nearest bus stop is 100ft South at Beverly Blvd. You can take the bus 2 miles to West Hollywood to shop or 4 miles to Beverly Hills. Korea Town is 2 miles East with some amazing Korean BBQ restaurants. Easy access to the 101 (Hollywood Freeway), 110 (Downtown Freeway), 10 (Santa Monica/ LAX freeway, and the 2 (Glendale Freeway). Near by attractions include: Dodger Stadium, Olvera Street, The Staples Center, Museums, China Town, The Disney Concert Hall and sights such as Hollywood Boulevard, Griffith Park Observatory The Hollywood Bowl, Universal Studios and Disneyland. Nearby is Los Feliz, a hip neighborhood with great restaurants and shops, movie theaters, cocktail bars (Tiki Bar, The Dresden, Good Luck Bar) clubs and music venues (The Satellite and the Echo) a vast selection of restaurants for all budgets. Beaches are a just a quick 30 minute drive by freeway (heavy traffic hours can take up to 45 min) to Santa Monica. Downtown's Union Station with its Amtrak connections and the new Fly Away Airport Bus are just a short drive away (2 1/2 miles). It's nice to be so close and not incur the high costs of parking in downtown. Behind the house lives a woman and her little dog. Their part of the back yard is completely sectioned off by large redwood fencing and none of the rest of the home has shared spacing. She parks her car in the straight part of the driveway, while guests have use to the circular driveway. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking. - You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. - Guests will enjoy a welcome package from Nonpareil Stays upon arrival filled with mineral water, fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, granola bars along with Lifeboost coffee. - Any stay over 30 days requires a mid-stay clean. Cleaning will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays for a day/time convenient for the guest. The cost of cleanings are the guest's responsibility and will be invoiced separately. - Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) - Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
