•	Cleaning fee of $295 is included in the reservation total
•	Pet fee: $150 per stay.
•	Any left-behind personal items incur a $50 convenience fee for return shipping.
•	Commercial photography, filming, or social media content creation is prohibited without prior host approval.
•	Parties or large group events are strictly prohibited per LA city law. Small gatherings may be approved with permission.
•	EV charging is $30/day and must be requested at booking (billed through the platform’s Resolution Center).
•	This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest.
